So now imagine exercising carrying a backpack with 80 pounds on your back. That backpack is attached to your back constantly…it can’t be removed. It is there when eat, when you shower, when you go to the bathroom, when you sleep, when you walk, when you run, when you bend over, when you exercise, when you watch TV, etc.
If you had a choice, would you remove a few pounds from that backpack to lighten the stress of the load? If you could just reach back there, and take some weight off…would you do it?
The strain on your knees, your hips, your inner organs, your back, even your head would hurt… so does it? Does the extra weight you carry with you daily cause you agony, stress and pain?
Just walk into the kitchen, open your refrigerator and think how close you are to ending the agony of overweight and obesity. Maybe you could even enjoy working out sometimes if that weight would be off your back.
Eat only food, everything else is designed to break you down and make you gain weight.
“The body is built in the kitchen and chiseled in the gym”
