The biggest problem in daily nutrition is that people don’t read labels nor pay attention to the way their food is cooked making it almost impossible to be able to lose weight.
The first step, (unless you have a deficiency and your doctor orders a certain vitamin for you to take) in getting healthy is knowing what you are putting in your mouth. There’s no one out there looking out for your health. The food manufacturers don’t care about anything but the bottom line and how to make you addicted to their food. The FDA allows too much junk to be put in our foods, doctors treat the side effects and not the cause in most cases, so it’s up to you to stray healthy.
