Many people wonder if a child should watch their daily nutrition. As far as the amount of complex carbohydrates, fat and protein, a child in the growing years doesn’t have much necessity to watch the amount of food they eat.
And unless they have been taught by their parents differently, a child normally listens to their body and won’t eat past the point of being full.
The one thing a child must be kept away from is food with chemicals, excessive sugar, and overeating. All such habits are taught and it’s the parent’s responsibility to correctly educate the child on the matter.
