Protein is essential for muscle growth. It’s important to have an adequate amount of protein in your daily nutrition. 20% of your meal should be protein, 20% of fat and 60% complex carbohydrates.
A good measuring, if percentages are not your thing, use a close fist for the amount of protein, an open hand for the amount of complex carbohydrates and a close fist again for the amount of fat.
Remember that it’s important to eat clean foods free of chemicals and added sugar to help your body digest properly and stay healthy.
