Many people eat poorly, lack essential vitamins and minerals, get little sleep, and go workout to build their bodies. “The body is built in the kitchen and chiseled in the gym.”
If people are serious about being fit and in good health, that needs to start in the kitchen. The fuel you put in your body will make the difference on how well your body will respond to any activity or workout.
It is no different if you want good performance from your automobile, you need to put good gasoline in it, making it run harder without good fuel will not accomplish it.
