The following are some of the benefits of proper fitness: Helps you control your weight, reduces your risk of heart diseases, helps your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels, can reduce your risk of chronic disease, helps you quit smoking, improves your mental health and mood, it can help with relaxation and sleep quality, helps keeping your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age.
However the flip side of fitness is that most people do it wrong and thus inherit injuries, constant pains, added stress and eventually forces a person to quit.
