The good news is that you lose weight in the kitchen and not in the gym. The bad news is that when you don’t partake in any type of active activity such as strength training and some form of cardio, your muscles and bones weaken and the fat in your system tends to grow around your organs, which can be dangerous.
This condition is known as “Skinny on the outside, Fat on the inside.” The only way to lose that fat around your organs is by doing some kind of exercise.
