The gym is not necessarily the place to go to stay in shape, however it’s good for getting a person out of the house and experience a different environment.

This workout can be done in the morning or at night or at any time that you have 15 minutes free. Watch 15 less TV. Spend 15 minutes less with your smart phone.
Spend 15 less on the phone chatting. And if you spend less time with all of the above, now you have one hour free, do the 15-minute workout and relax for 45 minutes.
