There’s a great number of injuries that come from working out incorrectly such as muscle pull and strain, ankle problems, shoulder injury, knee injuries, shin splint, tendinitis, wrist damage and low back injuries.
Some of the most dangerous exercises that are likely to cause injury are seated leg extensions, (leg extension machines are tough on your joints), lat pull-downs, (it normally puts too much stress on your shoulders) Romanian deadlifts, kettlebell swings, bicycle crunches, pull-ups, bent over rows.
That doesn’t mean that some of the exercises I just mentioned can’t be done, however extreme caution should be taken, the right form used and carefully listen to your body, for an unusual ache can become a tear or a break and keep you in pain for years to come.
