Exercising correctly is especially important to maintain good health. Studies have discovered that proper exercising helps with symptoms of dementia, arthritis, depression, panic attacks, headaches, etc.
The key here is what really is proper exercise. Proper exercise is the ability to exercise for a prudent time, with the right form, the correct breathing, the right grip and proper concentration.
Such workouts should leave you satisfied but not exhausted, calm, not jittery, relaxed not wired, sore, not in pain.
