Often, I get asked whether it’s best to workout in the morning or at nighttime. The best time to workout is when your body lets you know that you should workout.
The amount of sleep you had a night before, the type of foods you ate, the daily stress and the mental discipline that a person has when it comes to staying fit.
There are times when people get up from bed in the morning and have tons of energy to go workout. There are those that are late raisers and work better as the day moves on. There are also those times when your body just says no to working out in the morning.
The key thing here is to tell the difference between the body talking to you and the mind influencing you.
