Morning workouts are ideal for burning fat and losing weight, however that’s if you don’t end up running out of energy in the middle of the day.
So it depends on whether you’re a morning person or not. Lack of energy throughout the day leads to uncontrollable cravings. Afternoon workouts may give your performance a boost, for you’ll already have some nutrition in you, and you could feel stronger and more focused.
However to determine what time of the day is best to workout, has to be done on a daily basis. Sometimes we feel motivated in the morning and sometimes we feel more motivated in the afternoon or at night.
Other variables have to be taking into account, like having good or restless sleep, daily stress, your daily schedule, etc. The best time to workout is when your body tells you that you’re ready and you don’t allow your mind to derail you from it or your guilt to force you into doing it when you shouldn’t.
