Proper form when exercising is one of the seven most important components of success. Correct form is one of the key secrets of getting positive long-term results as well as an essential practice to prevent injury. Proper movement mechanics help engage the right muscles and joints, prevents ligament and tendon damage and elicits better results.
Most of what people do in a workout floor at home or at the gym, are the correct exercises, now the key is to do them right for even the slightest modifications can make an exercise safer, more effective and avoid unnecessary long term pain and injury.
Most people that work out specially those new at attempting fitness as well as those that have been working out for a long time without proper training and guidance, may not be able to identify incorrect form. So, it’s important for those that are or will get involved in the fitness world to acquire better health and a better looking body to understand the seven key elements of physical training. Those are:

To be able to always keep good form while training several things are important.
Number One: Always workout in front of a mirror to monitor your form.
Number two: Avoid distractions, such as watching television, chatting with friends, or reading a book while doing your exercises.
Number three: Exercise proper breathing with each repetition. For muscles to grow they need oxygen.
Number four: Don’t lift weight above your potential which will make you “cheat” while performing the exercise and thus incur injury.
Number five: Avoid long and arduous workouts.
Number six: Use proper nutrition and supplementation
Number seven: keep hydrated.
Number eight: Workout to accomplish the best results for yourself and not because you’re competing with someone else to see who can do more, heavier or better.
These are some of the key elements to a healthy workout that will keep you away from damaging your body while you’re trying to build a strong, healthy, pain free, good looking body.
