Most people that have never worked out or haven’t worked out for a long time are often confused as what type of exercise they should include in their training to stay fit. Specially today when you have so many different forms of training advertised like cross-fit, yoga, Pilates, hard impact, cardio kick boxing, swimming, jogging, cardio, walking, dancing, aerobics, strength training, free weights, resistance machines and bands, etc. to name a few.
So what is best?
Strength Training:
What I have found is that the best form of exercising is first stretching (this can be done while you are working, sitting, watching TV, etc.). Or you can do it properly by spending 15 minutes doing some static stretching on your living room floor. The second step to do is keeping your muscles warm for the first set with light weights and then increase the weight to a point tolerable by the muscle. The third step is constantly changing your exercises as to get the full benefit of training.
The Following Will Affect the Outcome of Your Workout:
- Correct Grip
- Correct Form
- Correct Breathing
- Proper Concentration
- Proper Focus
- Proper Rest Time Between Exercises
- Correct frequency Between workouts
