Not everything in life is designed to make you lose weight…however most things in life will make you gain weight.
Some of the benefits of drinking water are that it lubricates the joints, it forms saliva and mucus, it boosts skin health and beauty, it cushions the brain, spinal cord, and other sensitive tissues, it regulates body temperature, it flushes body waste, it helps maintain blood pressure, and the airways need it.
As you can see by some of those reasons, the proper amount of water drank daily will keep your body in good condition and indirectly make it easier for you to lose weight.
