Pizza – Topping :
1 sliced tomato
1 cup of chopped red bell peppers
½ cup of grated beet
½ cup of chopped green onions
1 tsp oregano1 teaspoon thyme
½ cup of chopped artichoke hearts
½ cup of black olives
½ cup of green olives
½ cup of sun dried tomatoes
Delicious Pizza With Healthy Ingredients
Pizza – Crust :
1 cup of ground sesame seeds
1 cup of grinded sunflower seeds
1 cup of grated sweet potato
½ cup of chickpea flour
¼ cup of coconut oil 1 tsp of garlic
1 teaspoon of dry basil
1 cup of grinded walnuts
Bake the crust at 350 degrees till hardened. Place all the ingredients on the crust and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
