Working out is only beneficial if it’s done at a conscientious level. One must know their limitations, their breaking point and the amount of stress relief they require.
Working out can be as stressful as having to pay bills, taking care of kids, driving in heavy traffic, etc.
There are several important PHYSICAL aspects that need to be done correctly to avoid being injured when we workout, or to get discouraged and just quit. These are some of them:
- Correct Form: There are different periods of time in a person’s fitness activity when concentration broken and “bad form” takes over.

- Counting Repetitions: Makes us try to reach the set repetition count regardless of the damage it might occur. It takes our mind off the purpose of the exercise. Bad form is once again taking over to finish the set, causing underlying injuries that surface unsuspectingly in our daily activities.

Other physical aspects that need to be done correctly are:
- Correct grip
- Concentration
- Focus
- Avoid laying tracks
- Breathing
