Have you ever seen those people that have been going to the gym for twenty years but always look the same?
The definition of “working out” varies from individual to individual. Unfortunately a lot of people don’t pay attention to the correlation between nutrition and fitness.
If you were to build a clay statue, you would need clay minerals of course. However the right combination of water and clay mineral is important for you to be successful in building the statue.
If you have too much or too little water, the combination will be too poor to build anything with it.
