It’s hard for anyone to lose weight if they have had bad eating habits for several years. Stress is a factor that impedes weight loss, lack of sleep, eating too much sugar, eating deep fried foods, being in a difficult job that one hates, being in a bad relationship, being in fight or flight mode at all times and being uneducated about what nutrients the body needs to survive on a daily basis are a few of the reasons for not being able to lose weight.
As we get older the body changes and we should put added efforts to be able to change with the body and give it what it requires.
